TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Introduction

Welcome to Alpine Tours ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to Airport Transfers, Corporate Limo Service, Business Transport, Personal Luxury Transport, Family Transport, Meet and Greet, and Event Transportation (collectively, the "Services"). By booking and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Service Availability

Our Services are provided in Switzerland and may extend to other European Union countries upon request. Availability of certain services may depend on location, time of year, or special circumstances, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payments
​
3.1 Reservations
All bookings must be made in advance, either through our website, by phone, or email. By placing a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking.

3.2 Payment
Prices for our services are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of applicable Swiss VAT. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment methods. For special requests or long-term corporate accounts, we may offer tailored invoicing arrangements.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy during peak seasons or for specific events, and you will be informed accordingly during booking.

4. Service Conditions

4.1 Airport Transfers
It is your responsibility to provide accurate flight information, including changes or delays. Our drivers will track flight statuses and adjust pickup times accordingly. We allow a grace period for airport pickups to accommodate baggage collection and customs clearance, but extended delays may incur additional waiting fees.

4.2 Corporate and Business Transport
We offer tailored transport services for corporate clients. All terms related to corporate contracts, invoicing, and special services will be discussed and agreed upon in separate corporate agreements.

4.3 Event Transportation
For event transportation, including weddings, conferences, or special events, bookings must be made in advance. Custom pricing and service packages may be offered based on the nature and scale of the event.

5. Passenger Conduct
​
We aim to provide a safe and comfortable experience. You and your passengers must comply with the following rules:

Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are prohibited in our vehicles.

Any damages caused by passengers to the vehicle will be charged to the customer responsible for the booking.

Drivers reserve the right to terminate the service if passengers engage in inappropriate or dangerous behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability
​
While we strive to provide excellent and timely services, Alpine Tours shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, severe weather, accidents, or governmental actions. Our liability for any claims, including but not limited to those arising from breach of contract or negligence, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Insurance

All vehicles operated by Alpine Tours are fully insured in accordance with Swiss and EU regulations. This includes coverage for passenger liability. However, we recommend that passengers have their own personal travel or business insurance to cover any additional risks.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected through bookings or communications will be handled in accordance with Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU. 9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising from the Services or these Terms, the courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9.2 Arbitration
For disputes not resolved amicably, you agree to submit any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms to final and binding arbitration, in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration, except in cases where we seek injunctive relief for breach of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.
