At Alpine Tours, we aim to offer a seamless and luxury transportation experience to all our customers. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined the following cancellation and refund policies in accordance with Swiss and EU regulations.
General Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or in the case of a no-show will be non-refundable.
Special Cancellation Conditions
For group bookings and event transportation services (including corporate events, weddings, and other large-scale services):
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service will be non-refundable, except under special circumstances such as force majeure (see Section 6).
No-Shows
- In the condition of no-show and the service will be non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, there may be additional processing time beyond our control.
Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions), both Alpine Tours and the client reserve the right to cancel or modify the booking without penalty. Refunds or alternative services will be offered at Alpine Tours’ discretion, depending on the situation.
